RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Smart Bike Lights you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be un-used, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original box or a damaged item do not qualify for a refund. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping, but if your return is accepted you will be reimbursed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHOULD I BUY MORE THAN ONE?

Yes, most of our customers buy 2 or 3... One for each bike, and one for their loved ones.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Shipping takes 2-3 business days to leave facility, then another 2-3 weeks to arrive internationally.
